I get inspired this dishes when I having a dinner in one of restaurants in Jakarta :D
Since it is really hard to find a fresh Tuna, so I decided to use canned Tuna!You can either use canned Tuna Original or Spicy one. .
Ingredients:
- Canned Tuna
- Cooked Pasta
- 1/4pc Yellow Paprika
- 1 Red Chili (Diced)
- 2 Bird's eye Chili (Diced)
- 1/4pc Onion (Diced)
- 2pc Garlic (Diced)
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 2 tbsp BBQ Sauce (Optional)
- 1/2 tbsp Butter
Method:
- Heat the olive oil and butter in pan.
- In medium heat, put the Onion. Still Fry until Golden Brown.
- Put the Garlic, Red Chili and Bird's eye Chili until you can smell the flavour :D
- Put and stir fry the Yellow Paprika and Tomato for a few seconds.
- Pour the canned Tuna, stir well until it cooked / you can see the bubble coming.
- Turn down the heat into small, put the cooked pasta, BBQ Sauce and black pepper. Mix it for awhile.
- Served with Oregano on top!
Note: You can add or reduce amount of chili, depends on your taste. .
